FGDMS stands for Food Grain Distribution Management System; it is a portal for supply chain management system. Supply Chain Management can be defined as the management of flow of products and services, which begins from the origin of products and ends at the product’s consumption. It also comprises movement and storage of raw materials that are involved in work in progress, inventory and fully furnished goods. The main objective of supply chain management is to monitor and relate production, distribution, and shipment of products and services.

Login Page

It is a Single Window Login page, means all users are login from one window. Login Page provides facility to log in user his/him account to put Username and Password. Users means SuperAdmin, FDO, DSO, Zone, Contractor, Account, Godown and Shop Users.

Dashboard

It provides to access data of Phase-1 and Phase-2. Also shows delivery status and loss analysis.

Map

It shows all shop location with all details such as Shop name, shop Address and shop code etc.

GPS Solution

It provides the facility to locate trucks. How much time taken to deliver the grain?

Scan Data

Part-1 - In this option we can see about FCI Godown Issue Transit Pass for District Godown.

Part-2 - In this option we can see How District godown Sent Grain Zone.

Part-3 – Here we can see shop receiving the grains.

Reports

E-1 Report – Here we can see Zonewise and scheme wise reports grains taken from which godown. It gives us reports in html format, pdf format and excel format.

Zonewise Report – It gives Date wise detailed reports. It gives us reports in html format, pdf format and excel format. Summary Report - It provides date wise summery reports. It gives us reports in html format, pdf format and excel format.

App User

In app User Tab we can see all User related details such as Fullname, Username, Password, and Email for Username, User Type and Status. Here also edit the user details and Enable/Disable the users.

Masters:

State Master – Here we can add state and edit all details about state. District Master - District Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open District Page where user can Add delete and edit district according to their need.

Driver Master - Driver Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Driver Page where user can Add delete and edit driver according to their need. Contractor Master - Contractor Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Contractor Page where user can Add delete and edit Contractor according to their need.

Godown Master - Godown Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open godown Page where user can Add delete and edit godown according to their need.

Zone/RO Master – Zone/RO Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Zone/RO Page where user can Add delete and edit Zone/RO according to their need.

Cereal Master - Cereal Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Cereal Page where user can Add delete and edit Cereal according to their need.

Scheme Master - Scheme Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Scheme Page where user can Add delete and edit Scheme according to their need.

Shop Master - Shop Master from submenu of Master tab Provides to open Shop Page where user can Add delete and edit Shop according to their need.

Account Master - Account Master from submenu of Master tab provides to open Account Page where user can Add delete and edit Account according to their need.

Delivery Status – It show the delivery status of grains by truck in Shop. Reset Users Password – Here SuperAdmin Can Reset password for all Users.
